Everyone was pleasant. The location itself was marvellous right in the heart of the old town.

The bathroom here was a little tired.

Glad we had big bedroom and late check-out, the stay was wonderful overall. Truly enjoyed having hypoallergenic pillows, no need to ask for them beforehand. Added bonus is an amazing city view. It was located in a good area right on the quaint old historic square.

The setting was unbeatable and stunning, in the heart of the town. Besides, I liked that cafés and bars were walking distance to the place. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and hypo-allergenic pillows were provided. Private bathroom was wonderful.

Location was particularly good and marvellous, in the heart of the city. Moreover, shops and a bakery were steps from the apartment. There was a wide range of cafés and restaurants for lunch and supper nearby.

Rooms were a little small.

Overall, it’s amazing base for exploring Innsbruck tourist places. Staff is nice, great job everyone: )

Cosy base for exploring Innsbruck. Stunning setting in the heart of the old city. Nice surrounding, adjacent to supermarked as well as bakery and attractions, church and restaurants as well to the train station.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, and the room itself was clean and well-equipped with a spacious kitchenette. The location in the Old Town was amazing, overlooking a charming square, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and efficient, even managing to provide a cot for our baby at short notice.

The food for breakfast could have been better with a wider range of options available.
